It has two working fireplaces and hardwood floors. The kitchen is large and includes a dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. All three bedrooms have a full size bed (double beds). The bathroom has old style combination tub shower.
At the living room you can find Cable, HDTV, dvd Player, CD Player and High speed internet access connection by wire.
Property is very close to USF and UC Medical Center.
