Mike and Mike PC are very knowledgeable about laptops, desktops, printers--and any other tech you need to make your home office work. What's more they are honest and helpful.  Naturally warm and friendly, they are people you can feel comfortable coming into your home. Mike and Mike are a father- son team, plus they employ others--clearly. The customer can pay for a Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 tech which means if you need something minor you don't have to pay top dollar, etc. Mike Sr. came up working at IBM and really knows his stuff.  They are full service in terms of tech assistance, selling computers, and repair. They tend to keep clients a long time because customers trust them to look out for what they need--not just making a sale or ringing up hours. I highly recommend Mike and Mike PC.
