Position: Account Executive - $500 Referral Reward

Our client is a well-known, fast growing search engine marketing firm headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York. Customers include advertisers of all sizes as well as large advertising agencies. Company seeks Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives in dramatic push to expand its sales force in both offices.
Position Overview
* All new business
* Prospect, pitch, consult, negotiate, and close pay-per-click SEM customers, from SMBs to the agency majors
* Roughly equal time on phone and in front of clients
Qualifications
* 18+ months experience selling pay-per-click SEM and maximizing new business revenue through network traffic analysis.
* Top ranking in previous experience
Consistent top performers who have less than 18 months experience selling clicks may be tapped for the Assistant Account Executive program, designed as a straight track to expertise in the PPC model and full Account Executive status and pay.
Year 1 Compensation
First-year Account Exec: $65k base, $100-140k total on target (uncapped plan)
First-year Assistant AE: $55k base, $80-$100k total on target (uncapped plan)
