Required Skills
A law degree, and/or in-depth knowledge of the compliance and ethics space is highly desirable.
Experience selling a legal and/or consultative service is required.
A proven history of success in selling complex services to an executive decision-maker is a must.
Strong Organizational Skills
Exceptional Communication Skills
Ability to be self-motivated and to work independently in a remote environment and yet manage team relationships.
A minimum of 5 years experience in this area is a requirement.
Be able to quickly engage an executive's interest in Integrity's products and services to create credibility and trust.
Positive attitude and high energy personality.
Innovative and creative approach to maximize effectiveness in the geographic market assigned.
Responsibilities
Cold-calling and prospecting to continuously add new opportunities to pipeline.
Daily update of activities in CRM.
Competently execute strategic sales initiatives based upon Integrity's offerings and prospects' needs.
Utilizing various sales methodologies to be able to determine prospects' needs and vision for future initiatives and leveraging Integrity's products and services to fulfill those needs.
Capable of meeting deadlines for proposals and RFP responses with quick turnaround requirements.
Deliver high-impact presentations to General Counsel, CEO's, Vice President's and other senior management of target companies.
Develop a robust pipeline 3 to 4 times goal to ensure meeting targeted annual goal.
Continuously learn and keep well-informed and updated on changes within the ethics and compliance area that impacts customers' buying decisions.
Ability to identify and utilize Integrity resources appropriate to the particular prospect's requirements to ensure closing sales.
Tactful experience in handling objections.
