TITLE: Account Manager, Business Process Information Technology Outsourcing

LOCATION: East Coast, Midwest, Southeast, Central US

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual will be the single point interface for client delivery assurance and business development within the scope of the assigned account (s).

The jobholder is the face of the company at the client site. It is his/her responsibility to anticipate and realize account potential at the same time ensuring that a high C-SAT score is maintained.
Ramp up of Existing Processes
Obtain new processes and identifying discovery opportunities in existing lines of business
Responsible for the development (in agreement with Operations and the client) of parameters/processes for measuring the health of the relationship with the client
Identify and outline the future needs / issues / expectations of the client organization. This would then need to be communicated to the company s BPO stakeholders
The job holder is also required to act as a bridge between the client representatives and the Transition team if required. This includes:

Facilitate effective transition through client interaction
Oversee transactions during the discovery phase and identify opportunities that may arise during this phase
Be an escalation point for client related issues
Monitor transition at Program level as part of the PMO
Liaise with internal units to ensure that delivery matches client requirements
Ensure that there is tactical knowledge transfer to the Transition Manager involved


Responsible for the facilitation of a better operations relationship by acting as an onsite point of contact.
Support on resolve delayed / outstanding billing issues
Be an escalation point for client related issues and resolve client queries
Facilitate interaction between client and operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

6-10 years of experience
Strong sales and account management experience with an IT / BPO service provider
Ability to create excitement in an account and drive new business within the account
Experience in the telecom or resources energy industry through either direct work experience in the industry or through providing services to that industry is a plus
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on building and maintaining relationships with client and stake holders
Demonstrate confidence in dealing with senior client executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined
Some travel may be required
MBA or equivalent preferred

COMPENSATION:
Base + up to 60% bonus
