Position: Director of Content

Exent is the leading provider of broadband games on demand systems worldwide.

The Director of Content Licensing reports to the VP, Content Strategic Partnerships and is responsible for establishing and maintaining Exent's extensive content licensing relationships with the video game publishing community worldwide. He or she will need to identify, initiate, negotiate, and close cost effective licenses to distribute PC games through games on demand services powered by Exent for leading broadband service providers around the globe.

The Director will manage the day to day relationships with content providers, negotiate changes to license agreements in light of changing games release schedules and video game company ownership & rights issues, monitor title performance against contract minimums and corporate projections, and develop strategies for managing and growing the relationships consistent with corporate business goals. This individual will frequently interface with senior management within Exent and represent Exent to senior management of video game publishers, and must feel comfortable with C-level contacts.

Skills/Experience
• 5-10 years experience negotiating and licensing digital media content, preferably video games
• Strong understanding of the video games business and changing landscape
• Excellent financial acumen and skilled understanding of P&L impact of deal structures and terms
• Strong negotiating skills and creative approach to deal structure
• Extensive experience with contract language and process
• Great attention to detail and highly organized
• Capable of creating and maintaining multiple relationships concurrently
• Flexibility to travel and non-traditional working hours for international calls
• B.A. or B.S. degree, MBA preferred
