We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing to be based in our San Francisco office. We are at an early-stage of developing our marketing programs, so you will have a significant impact on the company's identity and development. Some of the projects that you will be responsible for are:
• Test brand identity and messaging options to find the most compelling consumer messages
• Update collateral and website to be consistent with message strategy
• Develop programs to market service through channel partners and community organizations
• Greatly increase customer awareness through advertising, events, tradeshows, direct marketing, and search engine initiatives
• Design and implement programs to enhance customer referrals
• Measure, analyze and report on each effort, and utilize data to continuously improve

Qualifications:
We are looking for a marketing leader with a track record of success and a willingness to experiment with new things. He/she must possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced, demanding work environment and superior communications skills.

Preferred:
Ideally, the candidate will have experience working in the cleantech/renewable energy sector. While extensive knowledge of sustainable practices is not required, it will become an essential part of the job, so you should be enthusiastic to learn how reducing residential energy use can make a positive impact on the environment.

Salary and Benefits:
