: Demonstrate the ability to effectively lead train and peer coach

: Provide peer coaching and training on selling skills and new technologies.
: Ensure an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean department
: Ensure profitable sales and achievement of goals
: Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
: Perform other related duties as assigned
