West Bend, WI - A virtual workshop will be held to discuss a variety of subjects related to free Internet services and utilities Saturday, October 27 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm , Central time. Steven Hoffmann of Talking Communities (a web-conferencing and integration provider in West Bend, Wisconsin which serves a variety of organizations for distance training and remote meetings.) will be presenting this event. The topics to be discussed are: E-mail, Schedule Sharing, Desktop Utilities, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Office Utilities, International Phone Calls, Data synchronization, File Backup, Web Hosting, Video Conversion, Desktop Sharing, Phone Conferencing, Audio Editing, Photo Sharing, Anti-Virus, and Anti-Spyware.
Participants are encourage to ask questions and work in real time with the presenter using the free services and utilities demonstrated.

Participants ideally should have a PC connected to the Internet with a microphone attached to fully benefit from this interactive workshop, but Mac users and those without a microphone are also invited to participate.
In addition, there will be a brief presentation of "What's Hot" on the Internet. This discussion will be focused on Social Networking, Web 2.0, and Instant Messaging.
