Product Advisor - San Francisco - SERVICE CENTER ADVISOR

Our call center is looking for regular full-time, part-time and seasonal staff to work a variety of shifts. During this time, you’ll be trained in our line of products, receive a 50% discount on your purchases and be eligible to receive a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision. Previous skincare or call center experience is preferred, but not required. A great attitude, commitment to giving customers an exceptional experience, and enjoying our fun and creative environment is a must!

Responsibilities:

• The ability to communicate in a confident, sophisticated and knowledgeable manner.

• Service customers through incoming telephone or web orders.

• Ability to create and deliver an experience as it relates to DHC products.

• Basic computer and telephone operations.
