Checkster is a company in its early stages, as we released the first version of our products 6 months ago.
We are looking for a motivated individual that is ready to work for equity and commissions only. This is your chance to make it big!
Checkster is a completely on demand Internet application that provides individuals and corporations with a better way to recognize and grow their talent. Checkster has a couple of customers and we are getting ready to scale up sales. Our first two products are an automated reference checking tool and a simplified, 360 feedback tool. We are excited about our current offerings and have great plans to make it big!
If you have:
Past success in software sales (BtoB mainly) - a must
Experience in selling to HR departments - an asset
Knowledge of the talent management industry - a plus
Experience building a sales organization - a definite plus
A need to be based or relocated near San Francisco
Then your mission is simple: sell, sell, sell ! The tasks will include:
Following up, nurturing, and closing new leads
Fully understanding and mastering our sales process
Advising on and being involved in new marketing activities
Committing to sales quota and delivering
