Description
Mid size international law firm has an opportunity for an experienced paralegal. You will support attorneys in all phases of asbestos toxic tort litigation through trial. Bachelor's degree + two years litigation experience or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program + three years litigation experience required. Candidate should work independently with minimal supervision and interact effectively with all levels of staff in a fast paced high volume environment. Your ability to effectively assess priorities and efficiently manage a heavy case load will be critical to your success.
The paralegal works with assigned attorneys in a team to prepare cases for summary judgment, settlement and/or trial
