Trademark Paralegal with at least two years of trademark prosecution and copyright experience with some litigation experience. Strong work ethic and client relations skills a must. A four year college degree, ABA approved paralegal certificate or appropriate signed declaration from an active member of the California Bar required. Excellent written and oral skills. Ideally the right candidate will have trademark prosecution and clearance experience, maintaining large and varied trademark portfolios.
