The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will manage the P&L for an $85+MM line of business with responsibilities focused on managing key, consumer focused financial services products, as well as leading all product development and enhancement efforts to identify, evaluate and launch additional revenue generating products.
S/he will be accountable for driving enhancement service strategies to the consumer and small business market via direct mail, retail banking, and email/internet channels.
Overall snapshot includes managing the product line's P&L life cycle, leading development and execution of product strategy and marketing plans, including competitive analysis, pricing and offer construct, product testing and campaign rollout as well as leading aggressive customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell direct marketing efforts.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years product marketing experience or product management within insurance, retail banking or financial services (Credit Card, etc...) or Consumer Goods. Proven success in vendor management, superior analytics, strong communication skills, and ability to comfortably present to Senior Management. Demonstrated ability to build cohesive and successful teams.
