Christmas Light Company looking to hire team managers for Christmas season 2007:
Must be available:
From November 1 – December 15 for 40 hours a week
Requirements for management position:
- Ability to work for 40 hours a week from November 1- December 15
- College Degree
- Speak English Fluently
- Drivers License
- Social Security Number (will be verified)
- Legal to work in the United States
- Experience with ladders a Must
- Honest and Hard-working
- On time and Professional
- Comfort with Heights
- Management Experience
- Great communication and Leadership skills
- Ability to compute calculations quickly
- Customer service Skills
- Good standard of Health & Fitness (Job is physically demanding)
- Proven record of Reliability and Dependability
- Able to work at a fast pace and Multi-Task
Able to supply your own truck a plus.
Experience on boom lifts a plus.
High mathematical skills a plus.
Electrical Experience a plus.
All employees will be paid through a W-2.
Compensation: $8-$15/hr, depending on experience
Job Description Team Managers:
Ability to get jobs completed in the amount of time allotted and to maintain the professional quality of light installations expected by the company. Must be able to interact with customers using a high set of customer service skills and great communication. Managers must be honest and trustworthy and be capable of managing and supervising a team of up to 4 other individuals. Jobs will include both commercial and residential holiday lighting installations in and around the bay area of San Francisco. Heavy Lifting may be required.
