For more information go to www.doublefusion.com. THE JOB: Product Management is the primary innovation engine at Double Fusion. The role requires ability to build strong business cases using communication skills and strategic thinking to sell your ideas to senior management and build internal consensus. It further requires the technical acumen to detail your vision and ability to lead a team of engineers who will develop this vision into a product. In short, the Product Manager is technical enough to develop software but prefers the business and strategy side. THE CHALLENGE: You are tasked with architecting creative technology solutions to bridge the gap between two traditionally separate worlds: Advertising and Games. No true comparables exist and the industry changes seemingly daily. We compete with the biggest tech companies in the world: Google and Microsoft, with new competition springing up daily. So far, Double Fusion has been winning on the supremacy of our technology, and need the best product managers to help continue this success. LOCATION: San Francisco, CA DESIRED START DATE: ASAP RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Management of entire product lifecycle 2. Turn customer insight and market intelligence into actionable business and technical product requirements. 3. Build/Buy/Partner decisions 4. Go-to-Market management including training, support documentation and conference attendance as needed. 5. Collaborate with engineering to scope work and develop feature roadmap 6. Ensure company readiness by collaborating with internal cross-functional groups including Business Development, Ad Ops, marketing, engineering and sales. 7. Serve as expert on the product in all facets QUALIFICATIONS: 1. BS in technical discipline, MBA or equivalent business experience 2. 3-5 years work experience in engineering, product management or related role straddling technology and business functions (i.e. Sales Engineer, Consultant, etc) 3. Track record of defining and shipping successful products and successful collaboration with cross-functional teams 4. Ability to work in a complex environment with an evolving strategy and altering requirements 5. Proven exceptional follow through skills. 6. Written and verbal communications at the highest level. 7. Knowledge of Internet and/or video game technologies and experience working with engineers desired. 8. Understanding of the online media industry (prior experience preferred). 9. Ability to internalize complex technical and business concepts quickly.
