The 39 bus runs ½ block away; easy walking distance to downtown SF, North Beach, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf , Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square. There are several fights of stairs leading to this top floor unit. Parking available for an additional $250/month or $100/week. No smoking on the premises. Fees Notes:

$39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. This is charged directly by SH Holiday Rentals on top of the Funds paid to Roomorama. Documentation provided upon receipt of booking from Roomorama.

Cleaning fee is $155 for cleaning on departure ($150 for 21+ nigth stays). Interim cleaning can be arranged for an addtional $150 per cleaning. Additional fees such as pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.

Rental Terms:

In order to complete your reservation and receive entry instructions, you will be sent the SFHR Rental Agreement to SIGN and return via email along with a scan of your drivers license or passport and credit card. Upon receipt of the SIGNED documents and photo ID we will charge the $39 CSA fee and email the entry code and instructions.
