*Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design, document, build, test and deploy web based applications.
*Experience collaborating with graphic designers to implement sophisticated / rich / interactive user interfaces
*Experience with services based architectures leveraging (JSON, SOAP, REST)
*Expert knowledge of Java programming
*Experience designing applications that leverage Ajax
*Expert knowledge of CSS, XML and HTML
*Strong interpersonal skills and team player. Close collaboration with user interface designers and distributed application development teams is required
*Self starter, ability to work independently
*Ruby on rails is a plus
